1 kilo (2.2 pounds) jalapenos, sliced with 7 mm slicer plate
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
1 1/2 cups worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups water
Instructions
Place sliced peppers in jars, Mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire
sauce, lime juice and water. Pour sauce into jars with peppers, seal
and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Makes approximately
7 pints.
