     Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
2 pkgs frozen broccoli, chopped
2 cups milk
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
grated cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/2 cup sour cream
6 oz of velveeta cheese (optionL)
 

Instructions
Cook broccoli according to directions and drain. place bag in soup ban and mash broccoli until all pieces are well broken up. add other ingredients and heat thoroughly. it is best the longer it is allowed to simmer. yields about 8 cups
