Ingredients
130g self raising flour (I used whole meal self raising flour optional)
80g sugar
100g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Desiccated coconuts to toss in it
Glac'e cherries (20 halves)
 

Instructions
Cream butter, sugar and vanilla essence. Stir in flour and mixed thoroughly. Divide mixture into 20 pieces, roll into a ball with the palms of your hands and toss in coconut. Place on a greased baking dish and flatten slightly and place half a cherry on each of biscuit. Bake in a moderate oven, 180c for about 15-20 minutes or till golden brown. Enjoy --)
