     Healthy Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1/2 tsp ground ginger
3 egg whites
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
 
3/4 cup truvia baking blend

Instructions
Mix all ingredients well in a mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 mins. Best if eaten after refrigerated over night. Top with as much fat free whip cream as you'd like!
