Cover cookie sheet with graham crackers . Break the large
cracker into 4 pieces. Mix sugar, cream of tarter and butter
and bring to a boil . I stir the whole time. Take off heat and
add pecans. Pour over crackers and cook 325 for 10 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes and then remove to wax paper and cool
completely.
