     Oat flour Lemon Poppyseed Muffin

Ingredients
2 cups oat flour
1/8 cup truvia baking blen
1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
4 egg whites
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup no sugar added applesauce
1tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
 
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons poppy seed

Instructions
Mix all ingredients well in a mixer. Pour in muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes
