Mix together all ingredients except zucchini and 1/2 c cheese. Scrape out center of zucchini. Fill cavity with hamburger mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Wrap heavy duty aluminum foil around individual squash. Place in coals and cook about 35 minutes.
