Melt shortening, add flour and chilli powder and mix well. Add enough water to make a thin gravy. Add one cup of water to the pkg of gravy mix. Stir well and add to the gravy.
Brown beef with salt, pepper, onion and chili powder.
To assemble - divide meat evenly among six flour tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, onion, cheese, tomatoes. Fold sides and place in pan, seam down. Pour gravy over and around, top with grated cheddar cheese and bake until hot and bubbly at 350. Serve with taco
sauce.
