     Chia seed Pudding

Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp stevia
 

Instructions
Add ingredients to a mason jar. Cover tightly and shake. Refrigerate for 10 minutes & then shake again. Return to refrigerator for 50 minutes or longer. Can leave a few days in the fridge. Serve with fresh berries. Makes a great breakfast!
