     Asian Pork Tenderloin

1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce(reduced)
2TBL lemon juice
2TBL sesame oil
2TBL worcestershire sauce
4 garlic cloves minced
1 TBL ground mustard
1 tsp pepper
2 pork tenderloins(3/4 1b each)

in small bowl combine the first 8 ingred.pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large zip bag add pork seal bag and turn to coat. refrigerate for 8 hrs or overnight. cover and refrig remaining marinade. drain marinade off pork place pork on rack in shallow roasting pan ake at 450 for 20-25 min. or until thermometer reachs 160. basting with remaining marinade. let stand for 5 min. before for slicing.
