     Parmesan-Topped Salmon

Ingredients
vegetaable oil spray
4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
1 tbl plus 1 tsp mayo
1 clove garlic, minced
dash of white pepper
2 tbl parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
 

Instructions
Lightly spray shallow pan with vegetable oil spray. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Place the fish in the pan. In small bowl, stir together mayo, garlic and white pepper. Lightly spread on each fillet. Sprinkle with parmesan and paprika. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork in a 375 degree oven.
