     Chef Jacques Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
Marinade-
4 tbl lemon oil (or orange or walnut oil)
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbl soy sauce
4 tbl pickled ginger (or fresh ginger)
8 sprigs cilantro
1/2 c aioli sauce
Aioli sauce-
 
4 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 c olive oil
1 egg yolk, beaten
juice of one lemon (or orange)
shake of sea salt

Instructions
Prepare the marinade the night before or morning before cooking salmon. Place fish in glass baking dish, skin side down, pour marinade over and sprinkle with additional sea salt. Should grill but also works baked in the oven
