Preheat broiler. Combine crabmeat, egg green onion, mustard, bread crumbs and parsley. Stir to blend. Spoon equal amounts of filling over 6 fillets. Smooth with spoon, leaving margin around edges. Place other fillets on top. Press lightly to seal.
Use 3 tbl butter in bottom of baking dish to hold fish. Sprinkle chopped shallots around fish. Melt remaining 3 tbl butter and brush it over fish. Pour wine around fillets. Plae baking dish on top of stove and bring wine to a boil. Simmer 15 seconds.
Place baking dish under the broiler about 7 inches from the heat source. Broil 8-10 minutes. If 4 inches from heat source, broil 4-5 minutes at 500 degrees.
Remove with a spatula. Serve with melted butter and wine sauce from the pan.
