Combine crab, hard boiled eggs and scallions. In a separate bowl, mix together fresh eggs, mustard, sauces, salt and pepper. Add crushed crackers and mix gently. Combine two mixtures until well blended. Divide mixture into 12 parts and gently shape into cakes (not too firm). Dredge in bread crumbs. Heat the oil in a large pan on medium high heat. Saute 3-4 minutes on each side.
