Place halibut in a shallow microwaveable pan. Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle over fish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning once. Fold back one corner of the plastic wrap for the escape of steam. Microwave at high power 6 to 7 minutes, rotating the dish 1/4 turn after 2 minutes of cooking. Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
