Slice zucchini in half lengthways. Scoop out pulp leaving a shell. Parboil shell in water 8-10 minutes, then drain. Brown hamburger, peppers, onion and cut up pulp (drain any liquid). Add tomato paste. Fill shell(s) with mixture. Place on a foil covered cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese when you remove it from the oven.
