sliced zucchini (not too thin - about 1/4 inch thick)
tomatoes, quartered
1 can tomato sauce (optional)
Instructions
Brown sausage, drain and then saute chopped onion and bell pepper. Add sausage, oregano, salt and pepper, zucchini, and tomatoes Cook all together until done. (Can add tomato sauce for more liquid).
