     Pie Crust - oil

Ingredients
2 cups flour
dash salt
1/2 cup oil
5 TBS water...
OPTIONAL 1 tablespppm sugar
 

Instructions
Pour water in oil, do not stir Pour oil and water in flour, all at once Stir with fork till all combined
wet counter (keeps paper from sliding) put about 12 inches wax paper on counter put half crust on paper place another wax paper on top roll out with rolling pin (you can use any round botle etc in place of rolling pin since it never touches the crust put bottom crust in pan carefully remove paper, add filling, add top crust. carefully rempve paper. Use overlap crust to make a rum on pie Put about 1/2 TBS water on top and sprinkle with sugar..spread it out till top is covered. (sprinkle from higher up and will distribute better
