No bake treats
Chocolate ones
100 plain chocolate, broken into pieces
100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
2 tbsp golden syrup
50g/2oz butter
75g/3oz rice crispies
50g chopped hazelnuts
50g chopped walnuts
Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter over
low heat.
Add to the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
Spoon into fairy cake cases.
Top with mini eggs (optional)
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Pink ones
100g marshmallows
1 tsp vanilla
50g butter
90g rice crispies
extra 25g marshmallows, chopped
Line a rectangular pan with greaseproof paper.
Place the 100g marshmallows and butter in a pan.
Heat slowly until the marshmallows are fully
melted. Add vanilla.
Add to rice crispies, mix well.
Add chopped marshmallows,
Spread mixture in tin, flatten so that it is
compact.
Place eggs in intervals
Place in fridge for an hour
Remove from fridge, cut into squares.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
