Cook A mixture together until pork is cooked through.

Put yeast on top of water and let sit for a few minutes.
|

Mix C together. Make a well and add the D ingredients plus the
activated yeast. Knead dough until it becomes soft for a couple
of minutes. Coat bowl with oil and add dough. Cover and let rise
for an hour.

Roll the dough into a rope and cut into 6 servings. Flatten each
and add a very small amount of the mixture (there will be some
left over). Pinch the dough and place buns (leave plenty of
space) in steamer. Steam for 12 minutes.
