Ingredients
a. 1 lb ground turkey
a. 4 green onions chopped
a. 1 tablespoon fish sauce
a. 1 egg
a. 1 tablespoon green curry paste
a. salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste; cilantro
a. 1 cup plain bread crumbs
b. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
b. 1 tablespoon green curry paste
 
c. 1 can lite coconut milk
c. 2 tablespoons peanut butter
c. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
c. salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions
Mix A together and form into about 16 meatballs. Cook on 350 for 30 minutes, turning once.
Heat B in skillet and cook a minute or so. Add C and cook over low for about 5 minutes. Coat meatballs in sauce and serve with rice or noodles if desired.
