Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans. Let them dry on a towel
until most of the moisture is absorbed. Spread on a baking
sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Bake at 375
for 45-60 mins or until beans are crunchy(just test one, keep
baking if still soft on the inside). Immediately toss with the
cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and honey. Serve hot or at room temp.
They are the best the first day but can be kept in airtight
container for up to 4 days.
