1/2 CUP MARGARINE, MELTED

SCANT 1/2 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR

|
14 CUP SUPERFINE SUGAR

1 EGG

2/3 CUP SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Instructions |

|
Preheat the oven to 375F. Grease 2 baking sheets and line wit parchment paper.
|

Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until well combined.
|
|
|
Place tablespoonful of the mixture on the prepared baking sheets, spaced well apart.
|
|
|
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool.
