     Salsa de tomatoe, Pepinos Y Rabanos

Ingredients
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1.5 cups sliced radishes (rabanos)
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
3 large chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 large peeled and chopped cucumber
1 large chopped jalapeno
 

Instructions
Combine first ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Add chopped jalapeños , toss. Add remaining ingredients in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with baked corn chips
