Place cut tomatoes in large pan with lemon juice and sugar. Stir
together, cook over medium heat, stirring to keep from scorching
until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Use stick
blender to make mixture smooth. Add pectin, boil for one minute.
Place in jars. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes for
jelly jars, 10 minutes for pints.
