     Mexican Sauce

Ingredients
2 TBsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 cups tomatoes, chopped
2 jalapenos, chopped
2 TBsp worcestershire sauce
2 TBsp parsley
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
 
1/2 TBsp hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 small stalk celery, chopped
1 tsp oregano

Instructions
Heat oil in medium pan. Add chopped onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic and cook until softened, about 10 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, jalapenos and rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened. Put in jars. Process in boiling water bath 40 minutes.
