     (OZ) BUTTER SAUCE

Ingredients
1 cup medium PASTA SHELLS
3 Tbl. real BUTTER
1 teas. MILK
1 teas. MINCED GARLIC
1 teas. GRATED PARMESAN
1/8 teas. ITALIAN SEASONING (see recipe for)
Coarse ground BLACK PEPPER to taste
SALT to taste
 

Instructions
Cook and drain Pasta per package directions.
Meanwhile, on very low heat, add Butter and Garlic to small frying pan. When butter is melted, add all other ingredients. Stir and mix well.
Add drained pasta to pan and stir well to coat. Remove to plate, making sure to get all sauce out of the pan.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a main dish for one or side dish for two.
