     Spicy Salmon with Srircha Cream Sauce

Ingredients
a. 2 salmon fillets
b. 1/4 cup soy sauce
b. 1 tablespoon honey
b. 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
b. 1 tablespoon srircha sauce
b. 1 tablespoon ginger
b. 1 tablespoon garlic
c. 1/4 cup greek yogurt
c. 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
 
c. 2 tablespoons srircha sauce

Instructions
Dethaw salmon if frozen. Whisk B together and marinate salmon. After marinating, cook at 400 for 20 minutes
Whisk together C sauce and add on top of salmon once cooked.
Can be served over zucchini noodles to make it more filling.
