     Egg white breakfast casserole

Ingredients
12 egg whites whisked
6 cups french bread cubed
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup smoked gouda shredded
10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
4 oz fresh spinach
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 1 quart baking dish, by spraying non-stick cooking spray on the sides and bottom of the pan; set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk egg whites, milk, cheese, bacon and spinach and season with salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined, add in bread and stir until all the bread is wet. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes cool for a couple minutes, then serve.
