Ingredients
4lbs hamburger
1/4 cup teaspoons tenderquick-- mix together and refrigerate for 8 hours over night
ADD to hamburger mix
2 teaspoons garlic
2 teaspoons pepper
2 tablespoons liquid smoke- mix together
 
Instructions
roll into logs wrap in netting put on boiler rack bake for 4 hours at 225 degrees
