Dust chorizo, and onion with garlic powder in
pan. Brown and drain. Mix chorizo and onion
with softened cream cheese. Meanwhile cut
jalapeno's in half long ways, then de-seed, and
de-membrane jalapenos. Spoon mixture into
jalapenos. Place in freezer for about 20
minutes don't want completely frozen. Wrap
completely with bacon and secure with a
toothpick. Cook on grill for best results at
300 degrees. Oven is fine as well but you don't
get smoky flavor
