     whipped vanilla buttercream

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2 t vanilla extract
1 t pure almond extract
32 oz confectioners sugar
2 T 2 %milk or heavy whipping cream
pinch salt
 

Instructions
Beat butter in bowl of stand mixer with whisk attachment on medium high speed until light and fluffy. (about 3 minutes) Add vanilla and almond extract
With mixer on low, slowly add in confectioners sugar, milk and salt frequently scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Once incorporated whip frosting 3 to 7 minutes. If too thick add more milk.
Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks reship before using.
