Beat the eggs and add unsweetened soy drink, clear chicken broth, soya sauce, cooking wine, and salt
Sift the egg mix and place it into a dry container. Place the washed ingredients into cups and pour in the egg mix until 70%-80% full.
Cover cups with saran wrap or aluminium foil to prevent air from getting in.
Pour water in the steamer and boil over high heat. Place the 3 cups into the steamer and cook for 1 minute over high heat. After 1 minute, turn heat to low, continue for 12 minutes and ready to serve.
