Mix the flour and baking powder thoroughly. Mash the silken tofu, pour unsweetened soy drink and sugar, and stir again.

Pour the flour and baking powder in intervals, and mix thoroughly each time.
|

|
Add the vegetable oil and mix. Pour the mix into 6 muffin molds to 70-0% full. Add hot water into the steamer or rice cooker, and cook for 16-19 minutes. Use toothpicks to poke the cake and make sure inside is cooked.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder or soy powder on top and serve.
