     Broccoli Mac & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
1 Pound of Elbow Pasta (1 Box)
1 Cup of Shredded Cheese
1 Cup of Fresh Streamed Broccoli
1 Cup of Corn
1 Cup of Beans
1 Cup of Spinach
Velveeta Cheese
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
 

Instructions
1. Have an adult boil the pasta in 4 to 6 quarts of water add the 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the water. Let it boil following the instructions on the box or bag of pasta. 2. Strain the pasta and pour an even layer of it to cover the bottom of the casserole dish. 3. Add an even layer of grilled chicken on the top 4. Then add broccoli, mushrooms, beans, spinach, corn 5. Melt the Velveeta cheese and milk together until the cheese is fully melted 6. Then pour the cheese over the casserole and put it in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes 7. After 20 minutes take the casserole out of the oven and add 1 cup of shredded cheese at the top and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes
