Ingredients
8 oz pitted prunes, approx 1-1/3 C
6 T water or fruit juice
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process at high speed until mixture is a smooth paste (too thick to be in a blender). Use immediately or place in air-tight container and store up to 3 weeks.
