     Melt Away Cookies

Ingredients
1 C flour
1/2 C corn starch
1/2 C powdered sugar
3/4 C soft margarine
1 tsp vanilla
Cream Cheese Icing
8 oz cream cheese
4 C powdered sugar
 
1 stick margarine

Instructions
In bowl, stir together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, beat margarine until smooth, at medium speed. Beat in flour mixture and vanilla. Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Flatten with fork or bottom of cup (or use sugar). Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Frost and sprinkle before frosting hardens.
