Beat applesauce, juice, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add egg and beat. In another bowl, add dry ingredients and mix together. Add this mixture to applesauce mixture in thirds until well blended. Stir in raisins and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes.
