Brown the meat and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder,
and set aside.
Cut the vegetables into slightly bigger than bite size. Add enough
water to cover the vegetables and bring to a boil and cook until
tender. Add cooked meat. Add one chunk of curry at at time, until
it's thick enough to serve over rice. Grate some apple in and add
peas and cook. If curry is too spicy, add some milk.
Serve over rice.
