     JoAnn Wong's One Point Chili

Ingredients
10 oz uncooked lean ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2-28oz cans diced tomatoes
2 medium zucchini, diced
1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 15 oz cans fat free beef broth
4 ribs of celery, diced
2 green peppers, diced
1 package dry chili seasoning
 

Instructions
In non-stick skillet add a little oil and set over medium high heat. Add lean beef and onion and sauté until brown. Transfer to a large pot, add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Makes 20-1 cup servings
