1. Mix 1st 5 ingredients & 1/2 oil in bowl
2. Brush glass pirex dish with remaining oil
Arrange fish in dish & turn to coat
Spoon 1/2 of sauce over fish on
Bake til done about 15 minutes
Top with remaining sauce
Awesome with pead pods sauteed in seasame oil, wild rice & fresh fruit
