Mix warm water, sugar, and instant dry yeast together. Let sit until frothy (about 5 mins).
Mix in 2 tsp salt (kosher)

Mix in 2 tsp salt (kosher), 2 tb olive oil, 4 cups of flour.
Mix in a mixer w/a dough hook until smooth and thumping the sides of the bowl Or mix with a wooden spoon until combined as much as you can, then knead on floured surface until smooth.

Place in oiled bowl and cover with damp towel or plastic wrap. Let sit in warmish place until doubled. Punch down, divide in two (makes 2 pizzas).

At this point you can wrap and freeze. To use later just thaw on counter then proceed to next step...
Roll out thin on floured surface. Top with desired toppings. Bake at 450 until top is bubbly and crust edges are golden brown.
