Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder. Mix crumbs, cheeses, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into butter, then into crumb mixture. Place the in greased shallow baking dish. Pour any remaining butter over chicken.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
