     Protein Bars

Ingredients
4 1/2 Peanut Butter (natural is best)
2 1/2 honey (unfiltered local)
4 1/2 c oatmeal
2 1/4 c powdered milk
3 3/4 c or (16 oz bag) walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 cup of coconut
1 1/2. c. ground flax seed
1 12. oz bag chocolate chips
 

Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together, addd honey and peanut butter Spread into 2 smaller cookie shets, cut into squares and refrigerate When firm, wrap individually. Best if stored in refrigerator or freeze them
