     Flapjack

Ingredients
3 1/4 cup rolled oats
13 1/3 oz light condensed milk
3/4 cup and 2 tbsp light brown sugar
3/4 cup and 1 tbsp butter
2/3 cup water
2 2/3 cup coconut
3/4 cup and 1 tbsp dark chocolate
3 1/4 tbsp white chocolate
4 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 420 Add the butter, sugar, water, vanilla, and condensed milk to saucepan and heat on medium. Once the ingredients have made a nice sauce, add coconut. Stir 2-3 minutes.
Take off heat and add oats. Pour mixture into greased baking tray and spread evenly. Bake 15-20 minutes. Melt the chocolate to spread on top. Pour dark chocolate over evenly.
Swirl white chocolate on top. Let cool, then cut, and serve. Enjoy!
