Brown the mince in a large pan or wok. Chop up the carrots
and onion and add to mince with the gravy granules/stock
cube dissolved in 3/4 pint boiling water. Bring back to boil and
allow to simmer for 25-30 minutes
Meantime, peel and chop potatoes and simmer in pan of
boiling water for 20 min.
When they are soft, drain off the water and mash with a little
milk and butter until creamy.
Put the mince in a wide ovenproof dish.
Cover with mashed potatoes and sprinkle grated cheese on
top.
Place unders medium grill for 5-10 min. until cheese is melted
and golden brown.
