     Herbed Green Beans and Carrots

Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter
8 oz trimmed green beans
4 carrots (cut into sticks)
salt
pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup chopped chives
1 Tbsp chopped tarragon
2 tsp white wine vinegar
 
1 tsp sugar

Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add green beans and carrots; season with salt and pepper. Add chicken broth; reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer until tender, 6 minutes. Add chives, tarragon, vinegar and sugar. Cook 3 more minutes.
