     Triple Fudge Pan-Brownies

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 package devil's food or fudge cake mix
1 31/2 oz package of instant chocolate pudding
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup water
1 cup of 6 oz package of chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
This is a cake you mix, bake and take all in the same 9 x 13 pan. No grease and flour in the pan needed! It is my go-to recipe when I need something quick for a picnic, church dinner, or just a quick dessert. It is deliciously fudgy. Eat plain or with chocolate frosting. I have also made this with yellow cake mix and vanilla pudding and chocolate chips. It was not as moist as the all chocolate, but nobody complained. I would think it might work well with spice cake, butterscotch pudding, and butterscotch chips too. Pour cake mix into 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix in instant pudding and chocolate chips. Mix beaten eggs, oil and water in small bowl. Add to the cake mixture. With a rubber spatula mix all the ingredients being careful to mix the batter in the corners of the pan. Mix until the ingredients are well blended. Bake in 350 degree over (325 for glass pan) for 40 minutes. Frost if desired when cooled.
