day old french bread or boule-torn into bite sized pieces
Instructions
Salt and pepper the salmon. Spread dijon over top
of fish. Melt butter in glass bowl, mix in dried thyme and
toss with bread croutons to coat. Set aside.
Bake salmon at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and place
croutons on top of fish and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
