     Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken
6 or 8 oz. sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 T. dried onion
less than 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic powder
less than 1/2 tsp. chili
1 can diced green chilis
3 chicken breasts cubed
 

Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl except for the cubed chicken. Set aside one cup of this mixture.
Add 3 chicken breasts cubed to the large bowl. Fill 1 or 2 packages of tortillas with the mixture from the large bowl. You can fold the tortillas into little pouches or roll them into tubes. Place the filled tortillas into a glass pyrex dish. Spread the one cup reserved mixture on top of the tortillas.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Strawberry Daquaris, refried beans, rice, corn, and/or guacamole and chips.
